Studies and Career...

For all of my entire life i studied to succeed. But there is a moment where you come to think about what career you would like to choose and did the course that you took match it or do i really have an ambition? Now that is a very dangerous question..I have this kind of problem in choosing career. When i was in form one till form 3, i never know that life could be so difficult involving choosing something to do for the rest of your life! Now, i have to decide what to take and i found that i really love arts, so i took visual arts as my additional subject for the exam. It is not that i'm afraid of being an adult,no! I just want to be the right adult that suits me. Well, we get to choose what we want to be but the problem is, does the world give us the chance?? For example, Malaysia is not yet a developed country but it is in a process of developing,so..for sure engineers are needed to help the development. What happens now is, millions of students want to be an engineer which now gives a great competition. I, myself want to be an engineer..haha..FYI, engineers need to work in sites so female students that took engineering is much likely to be jobless. Nobody wants to be jobless after years of hard work in studying, i guess. This is due to female that will make kids and will have a family to take care of so most companies hired male engineers. I'm a FEMALE, so should i be an engineer? I think it is not quite promising although i really love to be like one. My parents want me to be an english teacher..haha..It is not like teaching profession is in low standards, it is just that teaching doesnt suits me.BUT, trust me, i've seen a lot of people that hates teaching end up being a teacher in Malaysia. So, what does it means if we get to choose but doesnt get any chance??
